Maintenance (AMC)
A fire safety system is only as reliable as its last inspection. Bahrain Civil Defence requires most fire systems to be tested and certified on a set schedule, and Alpha’s maintenance contracts cover that full scope — so building owners have compliance paperwork ready before an inspector asks for it, and systems stay genuinely functional between one alarm and the next. One AMC, one team, one schedule across every system on site.
Fire Alarm Systems
Scheduled panel diagnostics, sensor cleaning and functional testing of every detector on the loop, with false-alarm troubleshooting handled as part of the same visit rather than billed as a separate call-out.
Fire Hose Reels
Pressure checks, hose condition inspection and valve testing to confirm reels are ready for immediate use by on-site staff, not just present and unchecked since installation.
Fire Pumps
Routine start-up testing, flow and pressure verification, and servicing of electric, diesel and jockey pump sets so the water supply behind every suppression and hydrant system is confirmed to perform on demand, not just assumed to.
Sprinkler Systems
Scheduled flow testing, valve and gauge checks, and inspection of piping and heads for corrosion or damage — the routine work that keeps sprinkler coverage certified as a space is used and reconfigured over time.
Kitchen Hood Suppression Systems
Nozzle and detection line inspection, fusible link checks, and system discharge testing for commercial kitchen hoods, where grease build-up and daily use put suppression components under constant strain.
Emergency Exit Lights
Scheduled refilling, pressure testing and hydrostatic testing for extinguisher and gas suppression cylinders, handled through Alpha's in-house fleet to minimize the time a site is left without working coverage.
Fire Suppression Cylinders
Nozzle and detection line inspection, fusible link checks, and system discharge testing for commercial kitchen hoods, where grease build-up and daily use put suppression components under constant strain.
